Exporting Listen Dashboards as a PDF

Quickly export the visual components in your Saved Search by exporting the data as a PDF. By exporting your Listen Search, a PDF will be downloaded to your browser containing all KPI data and currently-applied filters.

What Type of Searches Can I Export?

In Listen | Powered by Brandwatch, any Falcon user can choose to visit and export any existing Saved Search.

It’s not possible to export Quick Searches - Instead, users will need to save the Quick Search as a Saved Search before exporting. Please bear in mind that only Falcon users with a user role of Team Leader or Admin can save Quick Searches as a Saved Search.

For more information on the differences between Quick Searches and Saved Searches in Listen, please visit the Help Center guide here.

What Data Will I See in My Export?

When you choose to export a Listen Search as a PDF, the file (export.pdf) will be automatically downloaded and saved as specified in the downloads location settings of your browser.

The export will contain all visual components of your Saved Search with the exception of individual mentions as displayed in the Mentions column on the right-hand side of your Saved Search. Mentions volume statistics (from the Total volume component) will still be included in the export.

If you have applied any customizations to your Saved Search before export, such as filters, changes to the date range, or changes to the components (such as a change of color), the changes will be reflected in your PDF export.
