In Measure, under the Reports tab, you can choose to either export data from individual Reports or export all data available for your Twitter and Instagram Channels. In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of exporting your data and the different formats available.
Exporting Reports as a CSV or XLS File
All Custom Reports, Channel Reports, and Team Performance Reports can be exported in CSV or XLS. To get started exporting Reports, please follow the steps below:
- In Measure, click Reports from the very top of the page.
- Click on any existing Custom Report, Channel Report, or Team Performance Report (or create a new report).
- Click Export from the top, right-hand side of the page.
- Select either CSV or XLS.

Your export may take a few minutes. Meanwhile, you can navigate elsewhere in Falcon. The file will be downloaded automatically and saved as specified in the downloads location settings of your browser.
Note:
Engage Labels Reports can’t be exported in CSV or XLS, though these Reports can be saved as a PDF as described below.
Exporting Reports as a PDF File
Any Measure Report can be saved as a PDF file to maintain the visual aspect of your Report. Please see the steps below:
- In Measure, click Reports from the very top of the page.
- Click on any existing Report (or create a new report).
- Click Export from the top, right-hand side of the page.
- Select PDF.
Once you select PDF, your browser’s Print dialogue will open. You will see the print preview of your Report along with options for customizing the display and print destination. Next, check the following:
- Make sure that PDF is marked as your chosen destination.
- The browser's default margin settings are chosen
- No custom scaling has been applied.

Exporting All Twitter and Instagram Channel Data
You can choose to export all available data for any connected Twitter or Instagram Channels. This option is available from the Reports tab in Measure even if you haven’t yet created a Report for your page. You can export all data for one Channel at a time by following the steps below:
- In Measure, click Reports from the very top of the page.
- Click Export Data from the top, right-hand side of the page.
- Use the dropdown to select a Channel.
- Use the calendar icon to set a date range.
- Click Export.

Once you select Export, a ZIP file containing your data will be downloaded automatically. It will be saved as specified in the downloads location settings of your browser.
Note:
Facebook data is not available in Measure Reports. Instead, we recommend that you visit the ‘Dashboards’ tab in Measure then create a Facebook Overview Dashboard. You can find out more information here.
