Email Notifications for Published Posts

Through Publish Notifications, you can keep both your internal as well as external stakeholders up to date on your publishing efforts. 

When creating a post, you have the option to enable a notification once the post is published. Notifying allows you to actively involve brand ambassadors in your company’s social updates and create amplification, as well as keeping your team in the know of which posts have gone live.

Setting Up Email Notifications

  1. While creating a post in the Publish Editor, click the Notifications button in the top right.
  2. Enter one or more usernames of Falcon users or the emails of external stakeholders.
  3. Add a personal message that will accompany the publication notification.

Once the post is successfully published, Falcon will automatically send out an email notification to the specified Falcon users or emails, with information about the published post and a direct link to the post on the network itself, so the receiver can go directly to the network and see the content for themselves.
