The sync is one-way from HubSpot CRM to the Falcon platform. That means that the access that Falcon requires is read-only, so your HubSpot CRM data won’t be affected. Furthermore, during the import process you will have full control over the data fields being imported.
Ensure you have enabled the correct permission settings in Hubspot.
The following steps must be performed by your organization’s HubSpot CRM administrator. Your admin will need to set minimum permissions in HubSpot to allow Falcon to access your contact data. Falcon will need permission to read from your contacts. Our app uses OAuth authorization to connect to Hubspot. You can read more about the required account settings here.
Establish connection from Falcon to Hubspot.
Hover over you profile picture in the lower left corner and click on ‘Settings’. In the left-side menu click ‘Integrations & API’ then the Hubspot ‘Connect’ button.
- A pop-up with the Hubspot login page will appear. Log in with your credentials or Google account.
Allow the listed permissions by clicking on "Grant access".
After allowing access, you will be redirected to the integrations page – where the status should now be updated to ‘Connected’. The connection is now successfully established.
After successfully connecting your system to Falcon, you will need to set up a synchronization to begin importing and syncing your contacts. You can read more on how to do that here.
