Following the exciting news of Brandwatch joining the Falcon team, a brand-new version of the Listen module has now been introduced into Falcon. Listen | Powered by Brandwatch utilizes Brandwatch’s AI-powered, deep social listening to monitor online conversations from millions of sources.
By creating search queries, you can track anything from popular keywords and phrases to competitors, products, campaigns, or hashtags. Listen will pull in public mentions matching your search criteria.
Once you’ve gathered matching mentions, you can view AI-powered sentiment and demographic data for your mentions, export all available mentions data, or organize your mentions by creating and applying custom Mention Tags.

How can I get access to the new Listen module?
Your organization’s access to the new Listen module may depend on your Falcon package. If you do not already have access to the new Listen module, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information on when your organization will be provided with access.

What will happen to the classic version of the Listen module?
Depending on your Falcon package, some users may still have access to the classic version of Listen module. Listen (Classic) will eventually be removed from the Falcon platform and replaced with the new version of the Listen module, though an exact date for the removal may depend on your Falcon package.
Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information on when you will no longer have access to Listen Classic and how your existing Listen Projects may be affected.
Though a new version of Listen is available, those with access to the classic version of Listen can still expect some exciting new updates.
In Mentions View, you can now view engagement metrics for your Twitter mentions. The following metrics are available for all Twitter mentions:
- Potential Reach
- Total Engagement
- Engagement Rate
At the top right, click Sort View to sort your mentions by all available engagement metrics and much more. You can also choose to view your mentions with as much context as possible by clicking View Type and switching between Card View and List View.
The new available Twitter engagements metrics are now also reflected for your entire project when you open the Listen Project in Insights View. Look under the Overview Tab to see the Total Engagement and Average Engagement per Mention.
Earlier in the year, the Measure team released the ability to share your Dashboards externally. Following from this, the team has now introduced the ability to easily share your Measure Dashboards internally with other Falcon teams and users in your organization.
To get started, you can open any Dashboard and click Share followed by Add Teams.
Sharing a Measure Dashboard with another team will allow users to visit Measure while logged into Falcon and view the Dashboards you’ve shared with them alongside their own Dashboards. Users can also choose to filter their view to only view those Dashboards created by themselves, or those which were shared.
When a user opens your shared Dashboard, they will have view-only access with the ability to customize their view in the following ways:
- Select/deselect Channels using the Channels dropdown.
- Sort widgets by clicking on any metrics from the top of the widget.
- Change the timeframe using the calendar icon from the top right.
- Export the Dashboard by clicking Export from the top right.
