Engage & Audience
Keep up to date with your LinkedIn audience in both Engage and Audience with the introduction of LinkedIn profiles in Falcon.
When you click on a new LinkedIn customer in Engage, you will now see their information in a profile card on the right-hand side of the page. Using the profile card, you can view recent conversations and keywords the customer is talking about. You can also merge existing profiles from other networks and add additional information, such as labels, notes, gender, address and more.
Your LinkedIn profiles can also be found in Audience under the ‘People’ tab. In Audience, you can choose to see only your LinkedIn profiles by following the steps below:
- Click the ‘People’ tab from the top of the page.
- Under ‘Add filter’, select ‘Network’.
- Under ‘Is’, select the LinkedIn icon.
