When you’re creating an Instagram post, it’s important to focus on the big picture and see how your post will look alongside the rest in your grid.

Using the new Publish Grid View, we’ll show an up-to-date preview of your grid as it will look with your current draft. You can also choose to plan ahead by including future posts which are already scheduled.

Listen & Measure

Keep the visual qualities of your Listen Projects and your Measure Reports by exporting as a PDF file.

In Listen, you can now choose to export Insights View, Comparison View, or Mentions View as a PDF file by click the context menu (three dots) followed by ‘Export’ > ‘PDF’.

Please visit our Help Center guide to Exporting Listen Projects for more information along with settings recommendations for each browser.

Similarly, when you're viewing a Measure Report (from the ‘Reports’ tab at the top of the page in Measure), you can now choose to export the Report as a PDF file. Get started by clicking ‘Export’ from the top right, followed by ‘PDF’. Please visit our Help Center guide to Exporting Measure Reports for more information.

Engage & Audience

Keep up to date with your LinkedIn audience in both Engage and Audience with the introduction of LinkedIn profiles in Falcon.

When you click on a new LinkedIn customer in Engage, you will now see their information in a profile card on the right-hand side of the page. Using the profile card, you can view recent conversations and keywords the customer is talking about. You can also merge existing profiles from other networks and add additional information, such as labels, notes, gender, address and more.

Your LinkedIn profiles can also be found in Audience under the ‘People’ tab. In Audience, you can choose to see only your LinkedIn profiles by following the steps below:

  1. Click the ‘People’ tab from the top of the page.
  2. Under ‘Add filter’, select ‘Network’.
  3. Under ‘Is’, select the LinkedIn icon.
